Since our business provides cleaning services and not physical products, there is no return policy once the service has been completed.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- If a booking is cancelled before the service is scheduled.
- If our team is unable to provide the service due to unavoidable circumstances.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.
No Refund After Service Completion
Once the cleaning service has been successfully completed, refunds will not be applicable. However, if you are not satisfied with the service, you can contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
